1. A green production method for chlorinated vinyl carbonate, characterized in that: the operating steps are as follows: 1) adding the weighed vinyl carbonate from a high-level tank into a chlorination tower;

2) After the liquid chlorine is vaporized by hot water in the liquid chlorine vaporizer, the pressure of the chlorine gas is controlled through the chlorine pressure stabilizing valve, and the flow rate of the chlorine gas is controlled by the regulating valve. Finally, it is introduced into the chlorination tower through a probe pipe;

3) Turn on the ultraviolet lamp, and through the catalytic action of ultraviolet light, the chlorine gas in the kettle undergoes a chlorination reaction with ethylene carbonate to produce chlorinated ethylene carbonate;

4) After a period of reaction, transfer the chlorinated liquid to the light removal kettle, introduce nitrogen gas, and drive out the chlorine gas and hydrogen chloride gas mixed in the chlorinated liquid;

5) Transfer the chlorinated liquid to a tubular falling film crystallizer, control the temperature between -15 ℃ - - -10 ℃, and the resulting liquid is the product chlorinated vinyl carbonate, with a content of 90% -95%. Heat and export the solidified vinyl carbonate from the crystallizer to the vinyl carbonate recovery kettle, which is then recycled and used in the chlorination reaction.

2) Introduce liquid chlorine into the chlorination tower;

3) Turn on the ultraviolet lamp, and through the catalytic action of ultraviolet light, the chlorine gas in the kettle undergoes a chlorination reaction with ethylene carbonate to produce chlorinated ethylene carbonate;

4) After a period of reaction, transfer the chlorinated liquid to the light removal kettle, introduce nitrogen gas, and drive out the chlorine gas and hydrogen chloride gas mixed in the chlorinated liquid;

5) Transfer the chlorinated liquid to the tubular falling film crystallizer, control the temperature between -15 ℃ - - -10 ℃, and the resulting liquid is the product chloroethylene carbonate. The beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows:
